Background/About:
19-year-old singer-songwriter Sayuri had been playing the acoustic guitar and writing songs since middle school, her wish to one day stand on stage and preform professionally. Starting her dream's pursuits on NicoNicoDouga, the singer debuted in mid 2015 with the single Mikazuki, which was used as the ending theme to the anime Ranpo Kitan. Sayuri's full stage name is 'Oxygen-Deficiency-Girl-Sayuri' and her real name is unknown. She calls herself a 2.5D singer and her two personas are also named Sayuri, though one is spelled in Katakana and the other in Hiragana.

Ringo's Thoughts:
Sayuri is probably my new favorite singer. Her voice is unique, as is her 2.5D gimmick and she's also an incredibly talented musician. Videos of her preforming live on the streets can be found on Youtube, which is where I first heard the acoustic version of Mikazuki. In all public appearances and so far all her PV's, Sayuri can be seen wearing a rain poncho, as she loves rain quite a bit. She's an adorable girl with a bright future ahead of her and I can't wait to see how big she gets!
